Before I buy some Prodisc DVD media I would like to know if anyone is using the Plextor 708A with Prodisc-R? Also, how does one test the burned DVD to test for a quality burn?![]()

test the burned disc for errors using dvdinfo pro. you may want to post your question regarding prodisc media at the plextor forum at cdfreaks.com

Using same burner with prodisc also no major issues. Gonna try some 8x prodisc soon. They probably won't burn @ 8x but maybe i can squeeze 6x out of them. Keeping my fingers crossed....

I have a 708a and tried 5 Prodisc DVD+R Media before. Only 1 burned all the way and it didnt play right. I've stuck with ricohjapan and havent had any problems since.
