    Hello,

    I want to convert a pal vcd to ntsc vcd or svcd

    it is a vcd 1.1 with mpeg2 what is the best approach?

    Just curious but you said:
    vcd 1.1 with mpeg2
    That's not possible is it? Video Cd is mpeg 1 by definition. Though, your conversion will still be essentially the same.
