  1. Hello

I'm using BeSweat to change framerate (23,976-->25) and I've tried both wav-->wav or wav-->mp3. but the resulting audio file is shorter than the source file and the movie by few seconds!! it's not out of sync, but shorter!

You can tell the difference with ei WMP. I've done many such audio convertion and this is the first time I get this kind of problem

The wav files I get are from AVI files using VD/VDM or VD-sync. I know when it's going to be like this but not how to fix it!! It gets like this when I open the AVI file in VD/VDM and you get some message about something with the audio VBR and CBR.

Anybody has ever had this problem? any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

    /Martin

Well what I do is first off ignore VDM's warning and DEMUX the audio...so press NO at the warning

Then I convert the video to 25fps..and note the run time.

Then import the audio into GOLDWAVE and STRETCH the audio to the run time of the video.
