DVD Burning Errors Using Toast ..

Im using toast 6.0.7

Im trying to burn a a file Video_ts movie and it starts burning after a few minutes i get an error ..

The drive reported an error:
Sense key = HARDWARE ERROR
Sense Code = 0x03

can anyone help me with this , do i need to check something ???

What speed are you trying to burn at?
Have you tried using a slower speed?

Have you tried using different media?
Have you tried a simulation mode?

are you using the new "burn dvd from video_ts" function under VIDEO?
or are you doing it the old fashioned way?

Will the VIDEO_TS play in Apple's DVD Player?
Do you have ample scratch disk space?
Have you ever seen a grown man naked?

I tried both ways , the new way with the vob option and the old way , i get errors .. im not sure why

ill try simulation mode ..
