Epson R200 feeding problems, anyone else ?

I have an Epson R200 that i use for DVD discs and inserts printing. My problem is when i try to print Inserts, that are thicker that regular paper (Ultra DVD inserts Matte Photo) they slide and the feeder as trouble feeding them. I have to push on the sheet of papaer for it to go in. I tried cleaning the feeder with cleaning sheets, but that did not solve the problem. Anyone as a similar problem?? I have to say that this is my 4th Epson printer and i always have this problem after a certain time.....

This is why I use the R200 for DVD /CD labels, only.

I print covers and inserts on a HP 6122 printer, that uses much less ink, feeds better with the front mounted paper try, does two side printing, is fast, and the quality of the prints are excellent.

But, that's just me.
