Wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and if so were you able to correct it? I have an Epson RX600 printer with a continuous ink flow system, everything is working great and it prints great with one exception, it goes thru an extensive head cleaning cycle each and every time I print a document which uses a ton of ink. I know the auto reset chips cause it to go thru a cleaning cycle each time the printer is powered on but this is not the problem. I power my printer on in the morning, I leave it on all day during normal working hours. During the day I print many copies at various times of the day. Every time I print a document the printer goes thru this extensive head cleaning process, it should not do this or at least it doesn't do it with the original Epson cartridges. The only thing I can figure out is that the auto reset chips are causing this. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated on how to correct the problem without buying new and expensive auto reset chips. The chips work great other than this one major problem. Thank you for your reply and advice.

Isn't this the same question you asked around 30 Jul?

Did you start having the same problems again?
