I've been having a problem recently with my audio, when I edit video using MSP7. in some (not all) of my clip to clip transitions I'm getting an audible (and quite loud) "chirp". I've already checked and no birds have made a nest in my computer. The only thing that seems to work is to shorten or lenghthen the clip by a frame or two. With multiple clips this can really turn into a problem, especially when you have to wait for the computer to write the preview files over and over again each time you make a change. Is there some setting that I have wrong or something simple like that? Has anyone else encountered this problem MSP or any other program that might be able to point me in the right direction?
