Treebeard is locked out!

I just got this PM from Treebeard. We need help to get him back on the forum. Any mods have an idea what's wrong?:

Its Treebeard and im locked out of my acct. I pm'd flaystus and he hasnt responded yet. I was trying to update my profile and it locked my account for some reason. aaggghhhh I cant post, im jonesing.
