    WHICH 1 IS BETTER TO USE FOR VCD'S TMPGenc OR MAINCONCEPT MPEG ENCODER?

    As I can see no difference in the output quality (even if TMPGEnc is considered one of the best mpeg1 encoders there is) between the two, and one is free (for VCD/mpeg1 encoding) and the other isn't, TMPGEnc gets my vote.
