    I've never used Phillips blank media before but for those that like them, Office Depot is having a buy 1, get 1 free sale on Phillips + and - 50 packs. Anybody have any experience with Phillips blanks? Anyways, this was just FYI.

  2. I have tried them as DVD+RW variatey and they didn't give me any problem even after subsecquent re-writes.

    They are CMC. They gave me problems ( pixels, freezing and skipping), also developed errors later on. I avoid them.

    I bought a bunch of these last year on one of these deals and they are THE WORST of the CMC discs I've had the misfortune of ending up with. About 25 out of 50 wouldn't even verify properly.
