    i was wondering if some1 could tell me how i can covert an 30min MPG file from NTSC to PAL?

    right ok

    what i am tring to do is place some mpg file onto a dvd to be watched on a tv, can please tell me which would be easier

    convert files from NTSC to PAL 1st then convert to dvd or vise-versa
