TMPGenc audio problems

I used DVDshrink to shrink down DAYLIGHT (w/ DTS sound). Then i used TMPGenc to make a menu then outputed that to another folder. After checking that new folder the DTS sound is gone. No sound at all but i still get video. What did i do worng and how do i correct? thanks
