I have many SVCDs burned on CDRs that play fine on my standalone dvd player. When i play these in my computer using Video Lan the picture is very distorted. It shows green all over with red lines as well as other colors. My mpeg1 files play perfect, even the dvd rip avi's do as well. Could it be my video card? Its a Matrox 8meg video card from 1998. i have an Asus with an Athlon 1 gig. I also tried many other apps toplay the svcds with no avail. I installed and reinstalled all these apps as well. And this is with ALL my svcds. So i know its not the mpeg2 files. Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.
