Pinnacle Studio: AAAARRRGGH

First, i had to restart my project several times because pinnacle (even after installing the latest patch) hangs on a scene. Well hangs might not be the correct word: the program is still accessible but isn't converting the project anymore. It just sits there.
After deleting the scene, it progresses well.

But then when making a menu in another program, i discover that they insert a pinnacle logo at several intervals in the resulting movie.
For crying out loud, couldn't they have set this in a notice when the program is started. And redoing the movie isn't fun as i'm on 1Ghz pc.

First, i spend several days redoing my project because pinnacle barfs at a scene and now i end up with a crap logo every x number of minutes.

What were you doing when it hanged... or were you just bitching and didn't expect a response.

Well, i was doing nothing. Only studio was running, i have the process higher priority and closed all other background programs.
It processed fine until it reached that particular scene and processed it until almost at the end. Then it didn't continue. I could still stop the generation in pinnacle so it isn't hang in the sense that you cannot work on the computer anymore. I removed the scene and then it works. Weird.
I still see the pinnacle log of course. Anyway, it would consider the purchase if i where sure the bugs are out.
For instance the title overlay disappearing is not an issue when making a dvd instead of generating an mpeg file.
