My attempts at transferring camcorder tapes to dvd have been awful. The finished dvd looks as if it is in a water tank. They dont look bad in the preview screen but full screen awful.
I have a SamsungVP-70U 8mm camcorder AND i TRANSFER with DAZZLE DIGITAL VIDEO CREATOR with Pinnacle Studio Quickstart.
Can anyone suggest where I am going wrong.
John

Have you tried looking at them on a TV? Video designed for TV will never look as good on a computer monitor as it will on a TV. This is especially true when previewing in some software.
If your viewing a finished DVD try software specifically made for playing DVD's such as PowerDVD. -
I hate to say this but your Equipment is not that good. Plus Dazzle has always Suck. There are a lot of forum information on this site that covers what your trying to do. Try using firewire from the camcorder than burn DVD. Quick & easy. TBC might be add if its really bad.
