Slightly OT: CDDB

I want to be able to access the compact disc data base for ripping some cds, however, I want to be able to access it locally, from my own PC and not the internet.

Is there anyway to download it?

If you meant Gracenote's CDDB it used to be stored on every Nero 5 cd-rom, all you needed was just to downlad updates since the release date.
