Helix Producer Plus v9.0.1 Editor problem

Some of the rmvb files with length 140M upwards couldn't be loaded by the Helix Editor. In fact 17 out of 30 files for the same TV series in the same folder fell into that memory trap. The associated warning message was :
Helix RealMedia Editor Warning
Could not open file H:\xxxxx\xxx.rmvb out of memory.

CPU speed = 950 Mhz
SDRAM = 512M
OS = WinXP Pro on SP1
C: free memory space = 2GB
H: free memory space = 12GB

Can anybody help ?

Turns out if I rename the file to .rm
the editor works fine..........
