Problem With Easy RealMedia Producer 1.94

Hi guys , I Have a serious problem with the software ERMP 1.94,the first problem was : I just get an audio file and no video . I resolved this problem but now , I get this one :

Please help me guys , I really need you help .

most probably ERMP is not able to load your file.
i haven't used it for years, but i recall that loading the files via avisynth worked better.
use vbr for better quality, and set max video bitrate a bit high (at least five times the bitrate you are encoding at)

It was working good , but I had some problem with ffdshow and I was obliged to re-install it .. since that the program is not working , how Can I load my video file with avisynth ?

Probably, you need to enable decoding with ffdshow for the video codec used in your input file. if it is an avi, you will need to get into the vfw configuration.

ERMP will install an older version of avisynth-first install the version that came with ERMP- then the latest version.

enable everything in ffdshow vfw settings, just as yoiu have done in the ffdshow video settings

Is this a normal speed , if not please tell what can I do to make it fast .
