    Hi i'm in need of some serious colour shifting filter. For PAL
    rmpal is out of the question what can i do ???

    Nothing...

    Try flaxenVHS filter but for PAL doesn't do much.

    BTW: rmPAL is not a colour shifting filter. It is a "fixed" version of NTSC's video denoise firlter (for progressive material) for PAL users
