    I am using Windows Movie Maker to capture analog video from VCR using ATI TV Wonder card. When I play back movie that is some video hesitation/skipping. Can anyone help me in correcting this. All help is appreciated.

    What are you using Windows Movie Maker 1 or 2.

    I had a difficult time with Movie Maker 1's capture as it was very very temperamental.

    AMcap is a small free program you could try for example to see if it helps.
