I have Nero 5.5 software which came free with the CD-RW drive.
I am trying to make an AVI file into a VCD.
I am capturing home videos on my hard-drive as an AVI file - that's the only format my capture card allows.
The AVI file is of resolution 640 X 480.
But when I burn it on the CD (to make VCD), the resolution on the VCD reduces to 320 (it becomes a smaller square on the screen) and when I "full screen" it, it becomes distorted.
Also there is a crackling sound on the audio of the VCD.
Can someone please H-E-L-P...
