If i created a DVD in DVD-lab 1.31 and DVD-lab Pro B3 from more SVCD's then i can play the VOBS individualy (by clikcing them) with sound, but if I use Video_ts.ifo to test de DVD then i get no sound.
If I play it in a stand alone player then no laguage neither, i can't change with the language button

    Hello,
Why don't you try loading the vobs in tmpgenc to make sure the audio is intact? Load Tmpgenc, mpeg tools, demultiplex. Load video file. It shows the video and audio portions of the file.

At worst all you have to do is strip the video and audio and remaster the dvd. It's a pain but it will work. Hope this helps.

    Hello,
If the sound is there then maybe the authoring was wrong. You could try ifoedit to make new ifos. I'm not on expert on that but I'm sure there are guides here for that. Probably there was an error when it was created (the ifo doesn't read the audio? not sure, I'm not entirely sure how the two interact). Hopefully you can restructure the dvd without too much effort. Keep trying though.

after using ifoedit i see that Vts_01_0.ifo (ifo linked 2 the dvd menu) is the problem, because ifoedit cuts it away how i do it now(wrongly) and if have sound, I.i enter the old menu again then the sound is gone again.

    Hello,
I'm sorry I can't help you with ifoedit. I've only used it a few times and not very successfully. I just suggested it because I know it's pretty versatile for ifo file creation. I suggest you comb the guides sections on this site for help. There should be info for how to create new ifos from exisiting vobs. Good luck.

P.S. Sorry I couldn't help more, but like I said ifoedit is still a bit of a mystery to me.

  7. what kind of audio did you use? Ac3, mp2, ... 48kHz or 44.1? And is your DVD NTSC?
Maybe you have used wrong audiostreams.
