I have been using SVCD2DVD for a long time and since going to Windows 7 (64 bit) the SVCD2DVD name is hard coded into the beginning of the movie. About 10 or so seconds then it disappears. This never used to happen. Am I doing something wrong or is this the "expected" with the new operating system

Sounds like you are running the DEMO version rather thatn the registered version. Can you post a screenshot of the program?
