  1. Hi, I have been recently trying to convert an SVCD of mine to DVD. I have the source MPG of the SVCD extracted out, and I set up all the converting options that I wanted in Tmpgenc (ie- VBR-3000kbps, 4:3 Ratio, NTSC, Etc.) and when I start encoding, everything seems to work fine until it analyzes the video up to a certain point and simply freezes on that frame. This has happened in a few SVCD's of mine and I think it may be due to checking off the "fix mpeg errors" in VCDGear. The frame that is freezes on has a few random greenish blocks in it which look like video errors. Anyway, I was wondering if there were any programs available to either Scan and Fix my MPEG2 SVCD file or at least scan it to find out exactly which frames have the errors so I can manually cut them out in TMPGenc.

Any Help With This Would Be Greatly Appreciated,
    Huck
