    A friend is using an hp200i to backup his dvd's. He is using DVD Shrink 3.1.7. Everytime he tries to open a dvd he gets a copywrite protection error. he also has gotten the same error with the software that came with his burner. How can he fix this.

    Use DVD Decrypter to rip to the HD from the HP 200i. This works for me 95% of the time, for the other 5% I clean the disc. The easy way is the wimp way!
