I have Matrox RTX.10 which has a line into my sound card line in. I wanted to capture audio from the original analog recording made at a wedding. Not wanting to plug and unplug wires behind the computer, since the matrox connector was easy to get to, I tried to capture audio through it. I tried using Music Match Jukebox, Adobe Premiere 6.5, Sound Recorder, etc. No luck.
At the very least I should be able to run the audio leads in and do an analog video capture with a blank video, I would think--inefficient, and not elegant, but I would have expected it to work. Nothing I've tried seems to work.
Any suggestions are welcome.
