Hi,
I just made a copy of a couple mpgs with drag and drop with WinXp into a cdrw for my friend who has win98 but he say he can't open the video neither copy it to the hd (my mistake, i should had used Nero), is there a way to open the video with win98?

The MPEG file is just a data file as far as any computer is concerned. The problem may be that the the CD-RW is formated in DirectCD format and your friends computer may not be able to read those disks. If you do the same thing with a text file can he read that?
Like you said. Maybe just burn the CD-RW with Nero and all will be fine.Ted Rossin

If it is Direct CD Formatted you can close the CD so it is 'more compatible' with, at the bare minimum, milti-session CD Players. Finalize the disk

One more thing, is there any software to edit an mpg format? i mean, i want to give more color, bright, etc ect to a video, is that posible?
