    This must be so simple that I am missing something. I have tried ULead Movie Factory, and DVD Decrypter and read all the forums I can find. No where can I find out to simply copy some DVD's that I made in DVD+R to -R so I can send them to my kids.. The +R's don't seem to play well on old DVD decks (including my daughters 2 year-old MAC laptop.

    Can someone unlock what is probably a simple question?

    Try just copying the disk using any burn program- Nero, RecordNow, EZCD Creator, etc.

    DVD Decrypter is free and will do the job.

    Try a 30 day trial of Intervideo DVD Copy V2 (its a great little program) and will do the job as well.
