I've got an NEC ND-100A DVD+RW writer in my Dell Dimension 8300 and will be upgrading to the ND2500ABLK DVD RW writer. I currently use Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 to burn DVD's on the 1100A. Is it possible to add the ND2500 as a second drive and use the 1100A as a source drive to copy from? Will Easy CD Creator 5 allow me to do this? Am I better off sticking with one drive for copying and burning DVD's and CD's?![]()
Thanks,
Gary

a normal dvd-rom will likely be quicker at ripping than an RW drive. don't forget your dvd's will still need decrypting and likely shrinking/reauthoring too, so disc to disc for DVD won't happen.
