Is it possible to convert a ripped DVD (VIDEO_TS) to a Divx using FFMPEG command-line tool compiled in Windows?
I know there is an option for video grab devices, but would this allow FFMPEG to rip directly from the DVD drive or would there need to be ripping first?
Thanks,
Sine29
