I've now had the same problem on 2 separate machines and I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
I download and install flask and it works fine.
Then one day it refuses to launch. Attempting to launch it produces a microsoft crash message.
I had it happen to me just now while trying to divx a dvd that I recorded on my set-top dvd recorder.
I downloaded a fresh copy and extracted it over the top of the previously installed copy, but no dice. It still crashes on startup. Something external to the program has changed and is killing it :/
Does anyone know anything about this - particularly, does anyone know of a fix? It's difficult to live without flask
I only have so many computers at home and Flash has a habbit of becoming extinct!

I fixed the problem by deleting the settings folder :/
XVID seems to do the job just as well anyway :/
