Recently I posted here that I was having problems with installing updates to my ATI All-In-Wonder drivers and the MMC software. I recieved some very good information from some of you and I'd like to thank you. With your information I was able to purge my old versions however I was still unable to install and run MMC.

By emailing ATI and recieving a ticket number I was able to correspond with one of their customer care representatives and they solved my problem. It took a little time but by providing them with accurate information they came back with a procedure that got me up and running again.

I have to say that all things considered the service I recieved from ATI was very good. So I have to give credit where credit is due. Thanks ATI.
