I have a couple of home videos that I transferred to my hard drive, and some of them have lines in them, and are a little bit shakey, and I wanted to know how to remove the lines from the video... I would like to remove the shakiness also, but that isn't as important as the annoying lines... Would I have to re-encode the video or???? I would also like to make the visual quality a little bit "smoother" if possible...
