One of my pet peeves is people who post questions and get discussions going but then never come back to that thread to let people know if they took anyones advice and if they managed to solve the problem.
Even if they discovered their own solution it would be useful for others if they posted that information.
I haven't heard this discussed much but I think it is a matter of etiquette just like not SHOUTING or highjacking a topic.
Chiptimmy, GVS Benny, Klewi, this isn't meant in a mean way. I just got interested in your problems and would like to know how it ended. Of course it is possible that you haven't gotten any definitive results yet and had nothing too post. I just picked yours as recent examples of posts that seem to be left hanging.
