I was looking at a couple of the $45 or $50 dollar ones from www.compusa.com but didn't know if any were any good. I am mainly interested in taking old VHS tapes and making digital files of them to burn to DVD eventually. When I got this computer a year and a half ago, I didn't realize I needed a capture card to take vhs tapes to DVD. Turns out all I can do now is just hook up a digital device and capture video from it but that doesn't do me any good for the old VHS tapes I want to convert. I just want to be able to hook up a VCR to my PC and record to the HDD and then take it from there to DVD. I found this one, http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=275162&pfp=SEARCH
Sounded good, what are your thoughts?
