    I want to get rid of overscan, and I'd love to know which models could help me out. All-region and PAL-to-NTSC capabilities are a plus too.

    a better solution is to find how to get into your TV's service mode and adjust your overscan from there. just google your tv model and something should come up.

    Which models of Toshibas? I read that the later models don't do it.
