mpeg-2 plugin for tmpgenc does not show up in list!

hey guys, when i go to raise the direct show priority and the mpeg-2 plugin priority on tmpgenc the mpeg-2 plugin is not there. I have several mpeg-2 decoders installed and none of them show. Im wondering if this is the reason why my video files are playing choppy after ive encoded them from xvid to dvd. Please i need someone to help me get the mpeg-2 plugin to display in the list of vfapi plugins under the environmental settings of tmpgenc.

The MPEG-2 decoder in the VFAPI tab doesn't come into play unless your source is MPEG-2.

The choppy-ness is likely caused by your source videos having a different framrate than your destination mpg. Maybe check the guides section for VirtualDub frameserve, or VirtualDub / Change framerate.
