I was just wondering if you should just burn the cue/bin files to the cd or dvd? Because I have been converting the BIN to MPEG with vcdgear and then the MPEG to MPEG layer 2(.m2v) with TMPGEnc 2.5 and then to dvd(vob) with dvd author. Im not sure if I'm losing quality by going through this process, but I know its taking longer. I was wondering what I should do to get the best quality and if it is just burning the BIN file please let me know how to do that because I can't seem to do it with nero. Thank you.

i wouldn't even bother with TMPGEnc. i would just burn the mpeg onto cd. well that is if you player can play non standard stuff. then again it could all ready be? otherwise you might have to convert it with TMPGEnc. well that is what i would do but thats me.

Generally you start up Nero and go to File>Burn Image, then click on the .Cue file. That's how it works with SVCD's anyway.
