i have 3 bin and cue files for a film which is vcd or svcd not sure
can i store them on a dvd disc without converting to dvd
or mount them with dameon and copy to dvd disc without converting to dvd

Extract the mpegs from the bins with ISOBuster and remember to save as mpg, not dat. Then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to create your DVD. There shouldn't be any converting involved, aside from resampling the audio(which TDA does for you).
