  2. Why is it Pioneer gives these updates to UK and Australia first? I am always paranoid that some day there will be a difference in the drives sold overseas and I will trash my US drive.
    Still a few bugs in the system...

    I downloaded this one, Firmware Update Version: 1.15, and it worked fine. I just tried the link and there seemed to be an error on their site, but I'd expect it to be working soon. They also provided a choice between US and Australian drivers, which is why I went ahead and tried it.....

    You do get a few things first. For example, I am slowly and painfully waiting for the Ingmar Bergman films to be available in the US while Amazon UK has a complete listing of all I want in PAL. Then there are all the BBC television shows and the list just goes on and on.

    However since this undate worked, I am more than happy to allow you first try, especially since you share.
    Still a few bugs in the system...
