  1. Hello!
I need to know what to do to know how to get my files to play on my home DVD player. Keep in mind, I create and view raw data (mpeg2 files) on my PC without any problems. Is there another format the mpeg2s must be converted over to before I can view them on my DVD home player. When I do put my DVD into my home player, the files are listed, and I have tried to play them, but they will not play? The mpeg2 files are in raw data, as that is the way the TV station has to have them. When my DVD gets to the TV station, they encode it, or do whatever has to be done, so the DVD will play over the air. Could someone please help me to figure this out, as I have TV shows and home movies as well that I want to be able to view on my Home DVD player on my TV. I author and edit with the Ulead MVPro. 7.0 version, and then burn the DVD with my Bs Gold 5 program. I have been reading the FAQs and other tutorials, but I can't seem to find information in regards to converting mpeg2 files to whatever format that is needed so the DVD can be played on my regular home DVD player on TV? (I am not talking about copying a movie that is already in the proper format) Do I need some special software or programs that can be downloaded off the Internet to do all this? HELP would be really appreciated before I loose my mind! I have over 150 TV shows that I MUST get done, with only 2 months left. Talk about being under stress? That is an understatement!! Thank You, Billy Dee
