DVD Does not Play in Drve, But plays fine in Player

Hey everyone, didn't know where to put this as it varies into different areas. Ok, so I have a Copied DVD and it plays fine on my Stand Alone players, but when I insert into my Computer Drives, it doesn't want to read it and makes really loud noises while trying to do so, and sometimes says it's a Blank. It's not dirty or Scratchy, I've cleaned over and over again, but if that was the case it wouldn't play in my players. The original from which I copied played fine(but I lost it so I can't copy from that one) and so did the Copy itself, but now it just doesn't read it. I'm trying to rip it to my HDD so I can rebuild it with new menus. I've tried official DVDs and other Burned media and they all work fine, except this one Disc, and I really need it. It just so happens my Capture card isn't working at the moment so I can't do that, seems like I'm not suppose to copy this thing. So if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Try copy it on another dvd driver/computer.
