Anyone have any luck using Imation 16x 80Min. CDR's on a Pioneer DV-343 player? I encoded using TSCV & TMPGenc, and burned using Win XP's built-in burner. CD's play fine on a computer, which leads me to believe that the CD-R itself is the problem. The CDs look to me like they have silver bottoms.

Ok, thanks. The DVD-player isn't mine, so I'll write back after thanksgiving (the next time I'll be near it) and see if the same vcds burned on other disks worked.
