  1. Title says it all I suppose...

Basically it breaks down like this. I have my .m2v file that I encoded with TMPG and I have my .ac3 audio file that I also externally encoded. I add both of these into Ulead and everything is out of sync. Now I know for a fact that the files in question are encoded and synced properly. I've used them and others a dozen times in TMPGEnc DVD Author without a problem. But for some reason Ulead is messing these files up somehow. Obviously it must be doing something to them for some crazy reason. I'm using Workshop 2 with the most up to date patch.

Here are the specs on the audio and video files...

    Video

    Format - Mpeg-2 .m2v
    FrameRate - 29.970

    Audio

    Format - Dolby Digital AC3
    Channels - 2
    Sample Rate - 48000
    Bit Rate - 256

Any help would be much appreciated.

  2. Anybody have any suggestions?

I even tried playing around with Disc Template Manager and tried letting Ulead convert it to mp2, as well as using .wav files. No matter what it's always out of sync

What was the original file? DV capture, avi, mpeg? Is it in sync in the original?

  4. Figure it out last night actually...

Ulead Workshop seems to have a problem with the "3/2 pulldown when playback" when you encode something in TMPG.
