    hi all,

    just recently my pc, upon start up, automatically starts to do a disc check on one of my two drives. I haven't set it to do anything, any solutions in why this might be happening and how i can stop it from doing the disc check instead of canceling it at the the start up?

    What program is checking it? WIndows,norton,etc?

    corrupted file system

    run chkdsk /f

    This will fix whatever is wrong.
