  1. Is there a way to take, say, 10 .mp3s in 128 bitrate and make them more consistent as far as volume is concerned. When I create a favorites CD from my CD collections, it seems that when I convert hte cdas to mp3, some songs from different CDs appear to be louder than others. Is this normal and is there a way to make the volume control of all songs equal? Thanks!

  2. Goldwave will do it for wav's. I'm not sure about MP3 though. You could always save off as wav, change volume and then go to MP3 I guess... Or just try MP3
