    I was watching the news the other day and some ladied called 911. Ask for crack using another name like bag or some thing. At first the 911 operator thought it was prank call. The Lady called back three time's. the cop's charged her with the intent to buy drug's. I never thought some one would be this dum LOL

    But surely to order crack by dialing 911 one would have to be on crack at the time
