Menu pages in TMPG DVD Author

Right, I have 4 mpeg2 files that each contain 5 episodes. In TMPG DVD Author I have imported the mpeg2 files into one track, created chapters for each episode in each mpeg2 file which has resulted in 5 pages with 4 thumbnails each. When I click on Create menu I can see Track #1 Menu, Select chapter #2, Select chapter #3, Select chapter #4 and Select chapter #5. What I do want which I am lacking is a first page that comes up when I play the dvd that will then lead me to the first page of chapters, sort of like a normal dvd which gives you a menu with Laguages, Scenes and Extra Material. How do I do this?
