How did you do it?

easy, for breakfast i had nothing. for lunch i had two sandwiches, a pack of crisps, a kit kat/boost/mars bar, an apple/orange and something small and cakey (bakewell tarts! mmmm!) For dinner i had nothing. the job helped, i was working 11-8 so had lunch at 4. wasn't hungry when i got home at half eight, didn't get hungry.

so apparently the most succesful diet in the universe, i wasn't hungry, i didn't get malnutrition and i lost all the weight i wanted. only hard part is stopping losing weight because i still only feel like eating one meal a day! now i cope by eating one meal a day and as much ice cream as i like

I get the same problem. I start work at 5am and cannot face food then,
work till one(normally without a break) and i'm too tired to eat then so I normally end up pigging out around 8/9 o'clock pm.
I think this is the reason i've put on weight over the years but your diet just threw my explanation right out the window
