  1. i got some svcd files for a friend when i try to load them in tmpgenc

i got a error message saying it couldn't be loaded
i try to load it in canopus procoder a got the same error message

i never had any problems loading any movie files and i have almost every
    codec installed.

it's a mpeg 2 file svcd format and a thought that i have the correct codecs
    installed for this.

is there any way to find out why it refuses to load this file and how to fix
could there be problems with screen size ect.

Did you have to extract the mpeg from a bin file? You might not have done it correctly. You could also try installing the TMPGEnc MPEG-2 Plugin.

  3. thanks !

the tmpgenc mpeg 2 plugin did it now tempgenc and even canopus procoder
now load the file without a problem.

it's actually strange because a got a tmpgenc plus in wich mpeg 2 support
should be in it ,but it seems not to be so.

    thanks again.

tmpgenc plus does not have native mpeg2 support ... read the info that comes with it or on the tmpgenc site ..
